This depends on the package you book. Typically, each package includes a mini golf course, putters, golf balls, scorecards, pencils, and trained staff.
How many holes are available for the mini golf course?
We can offer courses ranging from 3 holes to 18 holes. Whether you want 6 holes or 9 holes, we can be flexible and make a course the perfect length for your space.
How long can we hire the mini golf for?
You can hire the mini golf course for as little to as much time as you would like. Typically, we hire the golf course out from an hour up to 8 hours.
Is the mini golf suitable for both adults and children?
Yes, our courses are designed to be played and enjoyed by people of all ages. We can tailor courses more towards children or adults depending on your event.
Can the mini golf course be setup anywhere?
Yes, our course can be setup anywhere, both indoors and outdoors. All we require is flat ground and sufficient space. The courses can be assembled on most materials including grass, concrete, carpet.
What events do you cover?
We can facilitate any event. We offer themed course and decorations for all special events and occasions.
How do I book the mini golf hire?
You can book via emailing or calling us. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and PayPal.
Is a deposit required for the booking?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking with us, the remaining balance will then be due up until 2 weeks before your event.
Do you deliver the mini golf course?
Yes, we include delivery, assembly/ setup, trained staff and packing away in the price of the package. We do all the hard work for you!
How long does it take to setup the mini golf?
Usually, we arrive around 2 hours before the event start time, depending on the size of the course and location we may take a little shorter or longer. We always ensure the mini golf is setup on time.
Do you provide staff to setup and dismantle the course?
Yes, our trained team will handle all the setup and dismantling of the course for you.
What are the space requirements for the mini golf course?
The space required depends on the number and length of holes. We offer free site visits to plan and design the course to the area you have and can provide measurements during the planning process.
What happens if it rains on the day of our event?
We have a rain policy which can be provided upon request and are very flexible in case of bad weather. The course can still be used in the rain, and we can also provide umbrellas. Usually, if the rain is stopping the booking from taking place, we keep the deposit and provide you with a 75% refund.
Can the mini golf course be customised and personalised?
Yes, we offer personalisation options to match themes, colours, and special occasions. This includes branded and personalised obstacles and decorations.
Can we add our own branding/personalisation to the mini golf course?
Absolutely. We can work with you to incorporate any branding or personalisation into the course.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs will be made clear before booking. These additional costs may include delivery charges depending on location, extra personalisation, extended hire. These will be detailed in the booking process.
